Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our website at rmhvacutah.com and our HVAC services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning provides professional HVAC services, including but not limited to:

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems
• Air conditioning repair, replacement, and maintenance
• Furnace and boiler services
• Ductwork installation, repair, and cleaning
• Refrigeration services
• Air quality and ventilation services
• Hydronic and radiant heating systems
• Thermostat installation and services

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via messenger. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Be available at the scheduled time and location
• Provide accurate information about your system and issue
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Ensure safe access to the equipment or area requiring service

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service based on the scope of work, parts required, and system complexity. We accept payment by invoice, check, and cash. For projects exceeding $4,000, a 50% advance payment is required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cash payment discounts may be available.

Warranty

Our company provides a 1-year warranty on labor performed. Equipment warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rocky Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
